When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Venkat Goundla, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of this court to withdraw the criminal petition with a request to renew the request of the petitioner whenever necessary.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to renew his request whenever necessary.
