THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU APPEAL SUI T NO.1 8 9 7 OF 1 9 9 4 JUDGMENT:- Learned counsel for the appellants states that appellants have died and a request is made that the appeal should be dismissed as abated. However, no clear details are furnished till today despite the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal" for the last four adjournments. The appellants are not showing much interest. In the absence of clear details, an order of abatement cannot be passed.

The Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
