This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.S.No.282 of 2017 from the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Anaparthy, East Godavari District, and transfer the same to the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
