HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.5075 OF 2019 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed by the petitioner - accused viz., Smt. Veenadhari Iska, seeking to quash the order dated 12.07.2019 passed by the learned XV Additional District and Sessions Judge - cum - XV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge - cum - II Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, Kukatpally, in Criminal M.P. No.500 of 2019 in Criminal Appeal No.576 of 2019.
2. Heard M/s. K. Balamani, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, and perused the material on record.
3. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner filed the present petition seeking to quash the aforesaid order, sought extension of time to deposit 20% of cheque amount to comply with the order impugned.
4. In view of the above, the Criminal Petition is disposed of granting two (2) months time from the date of its expiry for depositing 20% of the cheque amount as directed under order impugned and it is made clear that no further time will be granted.
As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the criminal petition stand closed.
