HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.24736 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the fifth respondent in issuing Letter No.SE/JCR-DLIS/Wgl/TS/DEEIII/T6/391/M dated 20.07.2016 closing the contract entered into with the petitioners in respect of J.Chokka Rao Devadula Lift Irrigation Scheme(JCRDLIS) without considering the representation of the petitioners dated 18.07.2016 as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard Sri C.V.Mohan Reddy, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners and Sri K.Ramakrishna Reddy, learned Advocate General, representing the State of Telangana.

3. In view of the orders passed by this Court today in Writ Petition No.24150 of 2016, no separate orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
