This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the learned Judge, Additional Family Court, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, to dispose of O.P.No.1771 of 2016 within a period of three months. 2.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Additional Family Court, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, to dispose of O.P.No.1771 of 2016 within a period of three months.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. It is a known fact that number of matters are pending in Family Courts.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judge, Additional Family Court, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, is hereby directed to dispose of O.P.No.1771 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
