THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.23420 of 2003 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed initially as Hindi Pandit in a leave vacancy in 3rd respondent school in 1996. The services of the petitioner were also regularised. He was further promoted to Grade-I Hindi Pandit.

This Court was pleased to grant interim direction to pay salary attached to the post of Hindi Pandit vide order dated 06.11.2003. It is further submitted that the interim orders of this Court have been complied with. In view of the same, no furthers orders are necessary.

This Court after considering the submissions, is of the considered view that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
