This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.2 - Joint Collector, Guntur, in not passing any orders on the stay petition filed along with the appeal. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

Since it is stated that the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order, dated 19.09.2016, in Rc.No.275/2016-C, passed by respondent No.3 - Revenue Divisional Officer, Gurazala, is pending before respondent No.2, respondent No.2 is directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the disposal of appeal, the impugned proceedings, dated 19.09.2016, shall remain suspended.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________________ A. RAJASHEKER REDDY, J December 16, 2016.
