THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13886 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in calling the petitioners to the Police Station and causing interference in their personal liberty, freedom of movement, freedom of trade and interfering in the civil matter in O.S.No.242 of 2017.

The papers filed along with the Writ Petition disclose that the second respondent is an accused in FIR No.36 of 2017 dated 16.03.2017. In view of registration of the crime, the third respondent is supposed to conduct investigation into the offence. It is needless to observe that while investigating the crime, the Police shall follow due process of law. If there is any improper exercise of power, it is always open to the petitioners to bring it to the notice of the second respondent by filing appropriate representation.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 19.04.2017 vs
