Heard Mr. Bathini Papa Rao Gaud for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents 1 to 3.
2. The petitioner complains against inaction of 2nd respondent in considering and disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 21.06.2017, as illegal, arbitrary and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to set aside the proceeding No.C/ 2903/ 2016 dated 27.05.2017 of the 3rd respondent.
3. After perusing the material available on record and hearing the learned counsel, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.
(a) The petitioner is given liberty to file a Memo before the 2nd respondent, by enclosing a copy of this order; (b) On receipt of Memo, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the stay petition filed by petitioner along with the appeal on 21.06.2017 within four weeks from today.
(c) The 2nd respondent is further directed to dispose of the appeal, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months from today.
