CONTEMPT CASE NO.305 OF 2016 ORDER:

Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As noted by the Court on the last occasion, according to the learned Government Pleader, decision was already communicated to the petitioner on his complaint dated 28.07.2014 explaining the litigation pending on the issue. This may be the reason why petitioner is not taking interest to prosecute the contempt. The Court is not informed that there is violation of the order of this Court and the decision communicated to the petitioner is not in consonance with the direction issued by this Court. I do not see any justification to continue the contempt proceedings and contempt case is accordingly closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this contempt case shall stand closed.
