This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the fourth respondent in not registering the complaint of the petitioner pursuant to the proceedings issued by the Tahsildar, Pendurthy Mandal, Visakhapatnam, on 07.02.2017.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of the written instructions, submits that the complaint of the petitioner was registered as F.I.R.No.330 of 2017. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
