In this Writ Petition, suspension of authorization of petitioner's Fair Price Shop No.29 of Turkalapally Village, Vangoor Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, on the ground that he involved in a criminal case, is challenged.

This Court, by order dated 24.11.2015, suspended the order of suspension.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, petitioner is operating his Fair Price Shop dealership.

In view of the interim order passed by this Court on 24.11.2015 and since there is no counter affidavit filed by the respondents, the respondents are directed to continue the petitioner's Fair Price Shop dealership until the criminal case is disposed of, if not already disposed of. However, such continuation is subject to the petitioner complying with all the requirements to run the Fair Price Shop and has not suffered any other penal consequences.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
