HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.978 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 14.12.2011 in I.A.No.946 of 2011 in A.T.C.No.22 of 2007 on the file of the Court of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Eluru.

As per the office note, A.T.C.No.22 of 2007 was dismissed as not pressed on 08.07.2013. No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 17.03.2017 and today also none appeared for the petitioner, even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that A.T.C.No.22 of 2007 was disposed of.

In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the purpose of filing of the revision has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
