Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 09.08.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14304 of 2019, similar order be passed in this writ petition also. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents does not dispute the same.

Following the order dated 09.08.2019 in W.P.No.14304 of 2019, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
