Counsel for the petitioner: Mr.MSR.Chandra Murthy Counsel for the respondents: AGP for Revenue (TS) The Court made the following:

Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the Memo, dated 08-04-2015, in Rc.No.C/9723/2013, of respondent No.3.

At the hearing, Mr.MSR.Chandra Murthy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that, in principle, his client is not intending to pursue the prayer for setting aside the impugned Memo and that he will be satisfied, if he is put on notice, before

correcting the Sethwar based on the Tippan (FMB) calculation for the land holdings situated at Survey Nos.254 & of Muthagudem Village of Khammam (Rural) Mandal.

As the request of the petitioner is justifiable, this Writ Petition is disposed of without interfering with the impugned Memo and with the direction to the respondents to put the petitioner on notice before any correction in Sethwar in respect of Survey Nos.254 and 255 is made.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.24850 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 6th July, 2015 LUR
