HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15245 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not taking any action against respondent Nos.5 & 6 who are threatening the petitioner that they will implicate him in false cases. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that though petitioner made allegations against one Mallikharjuna, Circle Inspector of Police, Narasaraopet, and shown him as 6th respondent, but there is no such person working as Circle Inspector at Narsaraopet; that petitioner has sent representation dated 30.03.2018 through registered post to the Superintendent of Police, Guntur, wherein he alleged that respondent No.5 hand in glove with one Ch.Venkateswarlu, threatened the petitioner that they will implicate him in false cases; that the contents of the said complaint against the 5th respondent are false and base less; and that the same was also informed by the respondents to the petitioner by way of notice. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
