The petitioner is aggrieved of the action of 3rd respondent in not processing his application for transferring of the vehicle (Stage Carrier) bearing Registration No.AP01V-6814 in the name of the petitioner and permitting alteration of its use from Stage Carrier vehicle to School purpose.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Transport.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 3rd respondent is not processing the petitioner's application for transfer of vehicle in the name of petitioner in spite of his producing relevant transfer papers from the previous owner, and also No Objection Certificate from Regional Transport Authority concerned i.e., RTA, Nirmal. Learned Government Pleader submits that the application of the petitioner would be considered and necessary orders would be passed, in accordance with law, subject to the petitioner paying necessary tax dues and other statutory charges applicable.

Having regard to the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
