CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.14895 of 2018 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "..... to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondent police to produce the detenues (1) Dinesh Kumar Soni, s/o. Kheemchand Soni, aged about 33 years, and (2) Kheemchand Soni, s/o. late Laxman Soni, aged about 55 years, forthwith before this Hon'ble Court by setting them at liberty and to pass such other order or orders ....."

At the hearing, Sri C. Subodh, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that both the alleged detenus were released from the custody of the police and set at liberty. In the light of the subsequent events, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
