It is informed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner has taken away the bundle from his office with no objection immediately after the interim orders were passed by this Court on 28.1.2011. He also informed that the petitioner has not left any instructions with him. When the petitioner has taken away the bundle from his counsel and when he has not engaged the services of any other counsel, it appears, the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the present Criminal Revision Case. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Interim order dated 28.1.2011 stands vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
