THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 45782 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the complaint, dated 27.11.2016. Learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of oral instructions, submits that no such complaint was received by the police.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would give a fresh complaint and the police may be directed to take appropriate action.

It appears from the complaint that the allegation of the petitioner relates to interference with his land. In view of the same, the petitioner should have taken steps for obtaining appropriate injunction against the persons who are trying to interfere with his land and if there is any threat, it is always open to the petitioner to lodge a complaint before the police with clear details. In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate civil proceedings for protecting his land and in case of any threat, it is open to him to give complaint before the police for taking appropriate action.
