THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.15614 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ancha Pandu Ranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Guntur Municipal Corporation, apart from perusing the material on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, for redressal of their grievance, petitioners herein submitted a representation on 05.01.2018 to the second respondent herein but no action has been taken so far.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representation is pending consideration, as on today, the same would be verified and appropriate action would be taken by the second respondent herein in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent herein to verify the representation, dated 05.01.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, and to take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
