This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Cr.No.102 of 2014 on the file of Station House Officer, Chikkadapalli Police Station, Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 198, 209, 256, 420, 468, 471 and 506 of IPC.

The learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition. Permission is accorded.
