Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to approach the Wakf Board with a representation for redressal of his grievance. Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed, with liberty as prayed. If the petitioner makes any representation to the Wakf Board within a period of four weeks from today, we hope and trust the Wakf Board shall consider the same on merits in accordance with law. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of.
