THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.12272 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1 of 2014 on the file of Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Ongole. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. Having perused the material on record, it is evident that it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, on the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the Court below to dispose of the C.C. itself as expeditiously as possible.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Ongole, to dispose of C.C.No.1 of 2014, within a period of six(6) months from today.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
