The case of the petitioner is that he made a representation on 23.08.2016 for conducting survey and fixing the boundaries in respect of his land admeasuring Ac.2-37 cents and Ac.3-24 cents in Sy.Nos. 25 and 26 respectively situated at Joolakalva Village, Singanamala Mandal, Anantapur District before the 4th respondent. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the representation filed by the petitioner on 23.08.2016 is pending before the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.
