Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

Petitioners claim that they are the owners and in possession of the land admeasuring 10 Acres in Survey No.89 of Hothi-K Village, Zaheerabad Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, having received the same from their father, after his lifetime, purchased the same by their father from one Smt.V.V.V.A.Subhadra Devi, vide registered sale deed dated 21.11.2003. The petitioners made individual applications for mutation of their names in the revenue records and issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds, through mee-seva on 08.10.2016 and according to the petitioners, no action has been taken so far on the said application.

Since it is contended by the petitioners that they made individual applications in Form VI-A to the Tahsildar, Zaheerabad Mandal and the same are pending before him, the Tahsildar, Zaheerabad Mandal, Sangareddy (Medak) District, is directed to examine the claim of the petitioners as ventilated in their applications and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably

within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly and with the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petition pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed as consequence. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________ P.NAVEEN RAO, J 26.04.2018 SS
