THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.36081 OF 2015 O R D E R :

The petitioner in this writ petition questions the order dt.27.10.2015 of the 1st respondent suspending the petitioner's fair price shop authorization in respect of F.P. Shop NO.4809 of Kothapet Village, Velgtoor Mandal, Karimnagar district.

2. The learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies states that on 04.11.2015 the Revenue Divisional Officer, Peddapalli (1st respondent herein) had directed revocation of suspension of the petitioner's fair price shop dealership after considering the petitioner's explanation dt.30.10.2015 to the show cause notice dt.27.10.2015 issued by him.

3. In this view of the matter, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication.

4. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

5 Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
