Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies available to them under law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. Interim order granted by this Court earlier shall stand vacated. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
