The representations filed by the petitioner are admittedly pending with the respondents.

Learned standing counsel, while opposing the invocation of jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, submits that the respondents would send appropriate communication on the pending representations of petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
