THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.46149 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in directing the petitioner to submit clearance letter from Karimnagar II Town Police Station for processing petitioner's proposal for return of collateral security property documents as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
