THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1825 OF 2016 ORDER:

Alleging willful disobedience of the interim orders of this Court dated 02.08.2016 passed in W.P.No.24296 of 2016, the present Contempt Case is filed.

Heard both sides.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the notice issued by this Court on 23.09.2016, the document has been registered. However, the said document was not released. As seen from the order dated 02.08.2016, this Court directed the respondents to process the sale deed filed by the petitioners and register the same. However, releasing of the said document shall be subject to further orders.

In view of the clear observation of this Court that releasing of the document shall only be subject to further orders of this Court, no contempt can be attributed to the respondents as alleged by the petitioners.

The order dated 02.08.2016 having been substantially complied with by registering the document, nothing survives for consideration in this contempt case.

Hence, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending in the contempt case, if any, shall stand closed.
