ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "....to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the inaction of respondent No.2 in removing the stones and clear the road at Pakeerolla Colony to ZP road at Rayakal Village and Mandal, Jagtiyal District, basing on the report of the petitioner dated 05.07.2019 as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and pass such other orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
Heard Sri Rapolu Bhaskar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2.
The grievance of the petitioner is that since respondents 3 and 4 grabbed some vacant land and also road of Pakeerolla Colony and constructed a wall horizontally on the road, the residents of the entire colony are facing problems. Hence, he along with others submitted the representation to the 2nd respondent on 05.07.2019, but, no action has been taken so far. Considering the nature of grievance, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.07.2019 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
