HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.17347 of 2019 ORDER:

Though this Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in not providing police aid to the petitioners to enjoy their property situated in Survey Nos.85 and 86 of Shivaraj Bahadur, H/0 Nadergal Vilalge, Balapur (Saroornagar Old) Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal and arbitrary, today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent police are not receiving the complaint of the petitioners and taking action on the same.

In view of the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, respondent No.3 is directed to receive the complaint of the petitioners and on receipt of the complaint, the respondent Police shall take appropriate action thereon in accordance with law. Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
