Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the interim order whose violation is alleged in the Contempt Case has since been complied with and the respondents have issued proceedings dt.29-10-2018 implementing the same.

In view of the said statement, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
