HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.517 of 2017 ORDER :

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a petition afresh since there has been mistake in referring to the accused as the copy which he holds would show that A.2 to A.7 are the petitioners, whereas the petition filed into the Court would show that A.1 to A.8 are the petitioners and corresponding reference to A.1 to A.8 has not been in the body.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the request to permit the petitioners to take back the documents alone is granted directing the Registry to return the documents. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
