ORDER:

This Company Application is filed for rectification of error in common order, dated 23.03.2015, in Company Application Nos.757, 1384 and 1409 of 2014 in Company Application No.757 of 2014 in Company Application No.1960 of 2011 in Company Petition No.57 of 1999 with respect to the extent of land available under Lot No.6 by

substituting 'Acs.178.19 cents' in place of 'Acs.166.97 cents'.

A detailed report, dated 24.06.2015, has been filed by the Official Liquidator, wherein he has admitted that the extent of Acs.166.97 cents was mentioned at page No.4 of the order of this Court based on his report and that on a re-verification of the actual extent available under lot No.6, it has come to light that an extent of Acs.173.90 cents is available and that therefore he has no objection for substituting the said extent for Acs.166.97 cents.

Sri D.Narender Naik, the learned counsel representing Sri T.Vinod Kumar, the learned counsel for the applicant, submitted that his client is agreeable for substitution of 'Acs.173.90' cents for 'Acs.166.97' cents in the order, dated 23.03.2015.

In the light of the above submissions, the order, dated 23.03.2015, in Company Application Nos.757, 1384 and 1409 of 2014 in Company Application No.757 of 2014 in Company Application No.1960 of 2011 in Company Petition No.57 of 1999, is modified by substituting the extent of 'Acs.173.90 cents' for 'Acs.166.97 cents' in both the places mentioned in the second unnumbered para of page No.4 of the order.

The Registry shall issue the modified order to the applicant and the Official Liquidator.
