THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY W.P.No.2335 of 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri S.Krishna Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the writ petition has been filed questioning the action of the respondents in detaining the vehicles; the vehicles were subsequently released; and the cause in the writ petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
