SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.8413 of 2013 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.220 of 2013 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Armoor, Nizamabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 497, 448 and 506 IPC, against the petitioner/accused.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent filed a memo stating that the matter has been compromised before the Lok Adalat on 06.12.2014 and therefore, the proceedings against the petitioner may be quashed.

In view of the aforesaid memo, this Court opines that the proceedings against the petitioner/accused are liable to be quashed. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed, quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.220 of 2013 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Armoor, Nizamabad District, against the petitioner/accused. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
