ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the notification in ROC No.A3/164/2017, dated 4.5.2017 for appointment of fair price shop dealer, on permanent basis, in respect of Shop No.19 of Cheelepalli Village, Kuppam Mandal, Chittoor District, without following the rule of reservation and roster points prescribed in G.O.Ms.No.4, dated 19.2.2011.

Since the process is completed, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the appointment of the selected candidate by raising the plea of reservation also.
