HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.16657 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in disengaging petitioner and depriving his livelihood, violating the Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 19 and 21, as arbitrary, contrary to law and against principles of natural justice and consequently direct respondents to reinstate petitioner as Driver in Warangal Depot-I, Warangal Region. On 08.08.2003 this Court passed the following order: " It is directed that if any drivers, who are Juniors to the petitioner herein are engaged by the respondents, they shall engage the petitioner also.

Notice."

Advocate for petitioner represented that in view of interim order, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 08.08.2003. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
