THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 5202 OF 2015 O R D E R:

The petitioner appears to have filed a Revision on 09.01.2015 before the Commissioner of Endowments under Section 92 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable & Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987. The Commissioner of Endowments also appears to have called for a factual report from the Deputy Commissioner of Endowments, Kakinada by the proceedings, dated 18.02.2015.

In this view of the matter, instead of keeping this Writ Petition pending, ends of justice would be better served by directing the Commissioner to deal with the revision of the petitioner and dispose it of on merits as expeditiously as is possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
