Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"...to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No. 3 in refusing for survey and demarcation of the land to an extent of Ac.2-32 gts in Sy.Nos.74/A and 74/B situated at Vavilala Village of Nellikudur Mandal, Mahabubabad District though the Petitioner has paid an amount of Rs. 285/-, dated 16.12.2016 as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and violating the Articles 21 & 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently the Hon'ble court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.3 to take steps for survey and demarcation of the land to an extent of Ac.2-32 gts in Sy.Nos.74/A and 74/B situated at Vavilala Village of Nellikudur Mandal, Mahabubabad Distric." 3.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in the writ petition is squarely covered by an Order of this Court, dated 26.10.2016, rendered in W.P.No.36170 of 2016. The same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Following the said order, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to cause a survey for demarcating the land of the petitioner by considering his representation dated 03.11.2015, after collecting necessary charges therefor, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other affected parties and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
