This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 4 to 6 in not registering any crime against the culprits basing on the complaint of the petitioner dt.30.07.2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that basing on the complaint of the petitioner crime is registered, but, however states that petitioner requires protection of his property.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that unless the petitioner obtains injunction from the Civil Court they cannot grant any protection to the property of the petitioner. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as may be available to him under law. However, the police should investigate the crime already registered and take action in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
