THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION NO.14574 OF 2017 ORDER:

In the present Writ Petition, petitioner is questioning the provisional permission granted to the unofficial respondents herein under G.O.Ms.No.7 Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development and Fisheries Department dated 16.03.2013, as amended by G.O.Ms.No.15 dated 26.05.2015.

When the matter is taken up, preliminary objection as to the maintainability of the Writ Petition has been taken by the learned Government Pleader stating that under Clause 10 of G.O.Ms.No.15 dated 26.05.2015, the order impugned in the Writ Petition is appealable to the Commissioner of Fisheries, Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Therefore, in view of the alternative remedy available to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy of appeal before the Commissioner of Fisheries, Government of Andhra Pradesh. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
