HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.33046 OF 2016 ORDER:
The Assistant Government Pleader (Civil Supplies) informs the Court that the non-supply of essential commodities to petitioner is due to the order of suspension passed vide reference No.G/ 5115/ 2/ 2016 dated 18.08.2016.
The counsel for petitioner submits that the copy of suspension order is not physically handed over to petitioner so far. The statement is placed on record. While accepting the written instructions dated 28.08.2016, the copy of order if not served on petitioner till date, the same shall be served within four days from today. In default, it shall be treated that there is no suspension order and the respondents continue to supply the essential commodities to petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
