HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 28932 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the representation dated 25.02.2015 of the petitioners to hand over the physical possession of the land in Survey No.94, admeasuring Acs.8.90 guntas at Jaipur (V & M) of Adilabad District to the petitioners in terms of the joint inspection reports submitted by the SubCollector, Manchiryal and also in terms of letters dated 05.06.2010 and 30.01.2011 submitted by the third respondent , as illegal and arbitrary. Though various grounds are raised in the Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the third respondent to dispose of representation dated 25.02.2015 made by the petitioners, at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the said direction may be given, provided the said representation is still pending consideration. Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the circumstances stated above, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to pass orders in representation dated 25.02.2015 made by the petitioner seeking physical possession of the land in Survey No.94 admeasuring Acs.8.90 guntas at Jaipur (V & M) of Adilabad District, in accordance with law, within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand closed.
