After making elaborate submissions on various issues learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the complaint as provided under Section 221 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act (for short 'the Act') and further remedies as provided under the Act.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
