THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.22587 of 2006 ORDER:

As there was no representation for the writ petitioner on 23.02.2018, the writ petition was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Today Ms.Sindhu, learned counsel, informs the Court that the petitioner has taken away the bundle along with no objection certificate from Mr.K.Chidambaram, counsel for the petitioner, therefore he is not appearing.

I have pursued the record. It appears the petitioner has not made arrangement substituting the appearance of Mr.K.Chidambaram.

As it is an old matter this Court is not inclined to accept the request of Ms.Sindhu, learned counsel, for adjournment. The writ petition is dismissed for default.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
