This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in excavating the canal through the petitioner's plot Nos 122 and 123 admeasuring 392.88 square yards in Sy.No.844/16/Aa in bearing house No.1711-119/A/122 & 123 situated at Annapurna Housing Colony, Malkajgiri, now Medchal District (old Ranga Reddy District)to lay the drainage pipe line without following procedure as illegal and arbitrary.

Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 submits that as on today there is no proposal for laying pipe line through the plots of the petitioner. Even if respondents require the same, action will be initiated only after issuing notice to the petitioner by following due process of law.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities not to lay drainage pipe line through petitioner's plots without following due process of law.
